If you have some kale left over, consider making this healthy snack - kale chips.
Here is what you need:
- 3 Cups Kale, torn, ridge removed
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
In a large bowl toss kale with olive oil to coat well.
Add vinegar and toss to coat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Be careful, kale burns easily.
Enjoy as a healthy, slightly crunchy snack.
